How Paloma Works:
Turn on your hot water faucet and water is heated instantly as it flows through the coil. Paloma's burners shut off automatically as soon as you turn off the faucet. There is NO standby heat loss. When the water flows through the water controls and the high efficient heat exchanger, the main burner is activated by the water flow and the water pressure differential. The Paloma water heater heats water instantaneously as it flows and only when it flows. Therefore, the temperature remains the same. There is no tank with reserve water waiting to be heated. Dial setting allows you to choose anywhere between the 60ºF and 100ºF temperature rise (Model PH-12M & PH-24M).

Suitable for Residential Use
Just one Paloma supplies all the hot water you need in your home for shower, bath, dishwasher, laundry, etc.... Heavy simultaneous use may reduce the flow at a particular faucet.
Paloma is Available in 3 Models:

Model PH-6:
43,800 BTU/H Input. A little, compact heater. Ideal for cottage, cabin, auxiliary installations such as in office, etc. AGA design certified.
Model PH-12M:
89,300-30,000 BTU/H Input Modulating burner (Automatic output control device) equipped. Very little minimum operating water pressure required. Recommended for average home use. AGA design certified.
Model PH-24M:
178,500-37,700 BTU/H Input Modulating burner (automatic output control device) equipped. The largest tankless water heater of it's type in the world. Superb for commercial and industrial use as well as large residential home. AGA design certified.

| Clearance: The water heater shall be installed with the minimum clearances to combustible material of 6 inches at the sides, 2 inches at the rear and 16 inches above the top of draft hood outlet. For alcove installation, the water heater shall be installed above non-combustible flooring.
